Do I need to "log in" to order?

You do not have to "log in' to order.

How to make an order?

Please refer to tutorial at "Home" in El Sajida website.

 

How to make payment to El Sajida account?

There are two ways of payment :

1) by "Online Transfer" or “Cash Deposit” 

2) by Paypal 

 

Is there any ways if I want to combine or cancel order?

If you want to add on item on your order, please make new order and inform El Sajida team at sales.elsajida@gmail.com for confirmation.

For cancelling an order, please email us at sales.elsajida@gmail.com

 

What is the validity of order status after I place an order?

"Booking" period is within 24 hours after you placed an order.  

 

SHIPPING

When did the order will be process?

El Sajida will process the order after the payment received.

 

Do you ship to overseas?

Of course, we ship to overseas. Our customer came from different continent such as Indonesia, Brunei, Singapore, Japan, Germany and many more.

 

When did you post out the order?

El Sajida will post out the item every weekday (Monday-Friday) accept for public holiday.


What is the process if any changes in shipping address? 

Inform us at sales.elsajida@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +6010 306 0843. Please inform your name, order number, as well as the new shipping address. Please inform us by or before you make payment.

 

RETURN AND REFUND

What is the term and condition applied for return and refund policy?

The item should be in good condition. i.e. the customer should not remove the hijab tag, wash or alter the hijab for the item to be accepted.


Return is only acceptable within 7 days after the item received. Any return items will not be entertained unless there are any defect to the items.

 

What is the period of returned item to be accepted?

A week from delivery date. Any notice after the date will not be entertained.

 

DEFECT ITEM

Is there any measures taken by El Sajida’s team if there is any mistake or defect on the item received?

Any defect items received should be informed to El Sajida team or send your email to  sales.elsajida@gmail.com

 

REFUND

Any cancelling order for already paid item will be refunded.
